September 16, 2026—Our new release 2023 red wines continue to rack up the critical accolades. The 2023 Dark Pool Syrah is leading the way with 98 points in JebDunnuck.com; 95 points in Wine Enthusiast; and 94 points in Wine Spectator, James Sucking and Vinous.

PIT OF CHAOS: A Full-Circle Wine from HAwks Hill Ranch
July 2, 2026—We are proud to introduce our own Chenin Blanc, a new passion project from Hawks Hill Ranch owner-vintner Kit Kuyper. The 2024 “Pit of Chaos” Chenin Blanc comes from the old-vine, dry-farmed Bailey Ranch Vineyard in the Adelaida District, delivering a truly distinctive drinking experience. This wine falls under our Open Outcry label, which is dedicated to boundary-breaking wines from top local vineyards.

Hawks Hill Ranch RELEASES First Wines Crafted by Winemaker Don Burns
April 2, 2026—Hawks Hill Ranch winery today released its initial trio of estate-grown reds from the 2023 vintage in the Paso Robles Adelaida District, the first wines helmed from bud break to bottle by Consulting Winemaker Don Burns. “Don grabbed hold of the incredible 2023 growing season and took our wines to yet another level,” says Owner-Vintner Kit Kuyper.

March 1, 2026—We are excited to welcome Boutz Cellars to the Hawks Hill Ranch tasting room, uniting two Paso Robles estate wineries within one distinctive location. You can now book tastings with both Boutz and Hawks Hill Ranch during your visit—we each have our own dedicated tasting bar. Boutz Cellars specializes in estate-grown Greek varieties.
