Hawks Hill Ranch Introduces First Wines Crafted by Winemaker Don Burns

April 2, 2026—Hawks Hill Ranch winery today released its initial trio of estate-grown reds from the 2023 vintage in the Paso Robles Adelaida District, the first wines helmed from bud break to bottle by Consulting Winemaker Don Burns. 

The first wines released from the 2023 vintage are the “Parity” Mourvèdre, “Limit Up” Cabernet-Syrah blend, and “Liquidity” Rhône-style blend, with additional releases to follow in the summer and fall. 

“These releases represent a milestone moment for Hawks Hill Ranch on multiple fronts,” Kuyper said. “Don grabbed hold of the incredible 2023 growing season and took our wines to yet another level, which makes our new labels all the more timely and fitting.”
